A few things you must read and aren’t small print, sorry we just want to be clear.

These terms and conditions apply to all ticket bookings and are governed by English law. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Tickets and Booking

1.1. A mandatory 15% performance fee will be applied to the total cost of your ticket, food, and drink consumed and served at the venue.
1.2. A no-show fee of £60 per person will be charged for all bookings. This will automatically be deducted from your card the day after your booking if you fail to attend without prior notification.
1.3. A cover charge of £2 per person will be added to your bill at the end of the evening.
1.4. The management reserves the right to remove any guest who is intoxicated or abusive towards staff.
1.5. All ticket sales are final.
1.6. It is your responsibility to check your tickets upon receipt, as errors cannot always be rectified.
1.7. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
1.8. Booking fees are non-refundable.
1.9. Deposits are non-refundable.
1.10. If a performance or event is cancelled, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
1.11. If a show or performance is cancelled, tickets may be rescheduled for an alternative date or show at another venue. No refunds will be provided.
1.12. Tickets may be moved to another date, subject to approval, with an additional booking fee and at least 14 days’ notice. Changes requested with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the loss of the booking.
1.13. Some seating may have restricted views. Please enquire at the time of booking. These seats may not necessarily be priced lower.
1.14. Tickets are sold subject to the right of the venue or producer to alter the performance schedule or cast in unavoidable circumstances, without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
1.15. Requests to reschedule bookings must be made with at least one month's notice. Approval is at the discretion of the management.



2. Sharing Booths/Tables

2.1. Booths are allocated based on availability. Show Only, Restricted View, and Premium tickets may require sharing tables or booths.
2.2. During peak times, this may also apply to VIP bookings.



3. Entry

3.1. Over 18s only unless specified otherwise.
3.2. One carer accompanying a guest with a disability may be admitted free of charge upon presentation of valid photographic ID.
3.3. Babes in arms are not permitted.
3.4. Large groups may not always be seated together, although efforts will be made to accommodate requests.
3.5. Trained security personnel may conduct random bag or belonging searches. Refusal may result in denied entry without a refund. Items may be left at reception, but the venue accepts no liability for loss or damage.



4. Shows and Performances

4.1. Changes to performance schedules will be communicated using the contact details provided.
4.2. Performers may be substituted due to circumstances beyond our control. No liability is accepted for such changes.
4.3. The venue is not responsible for communication failures due to inaccurate contact information. Group organisers are responsible for informing members of any changes.
4.4. If you are concerned about special effects (e.g., strobe lighting), please enquire at the time of booking. Special effects usage may be determined on the performance date.
4.5. Audio and video recording are strictly prohibited.



5. Offers, Discounts, and Competitions

5.1. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated. No retrospective discounts will be applied.
5.2. Competition or promotional tickets cannot be resold or exchanged unless specifically agreed.



6. Food and Menus

6.1. Menu choices must be confirmed 48 hours before the booking date. If not provided, a choice will be made on your behalf. The venue accepts no responsibility for unsuitability.
6.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the venue of any allergies or intolerances at least one week in advance.
6.3. Food brought in from outside is not permitted. Guests found consuming outside food or drink will be asked to leave without a refund.
6.4. Guests arriving after 19:30 hrs are considered no-shows for catering purposes, and meals may not be guaranteed.



7. Special Requirements

7.1. Venues are accessible, but please inform the team in advance if specific arrangements, such as wheelchair-accessible tables, are required.



8. General Terms and Conditions

8.1. Management reserves the right to close earlier than advertised.
8.2. Filming and recording may take place in and around the venue.
8.3. The venue accepts no responsibility for personal property.
8.4. Merchandise may be available for sale, but the venue is not responsible for merchandise transactions.



9. Complaints

9.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email or post:

9.2. Include your name, telephone number, postal address, email address, and the date of the issue.
9.3. Complaints will be investigated, and a resolution provided within two weeks.
